Connecticut based hedge fund is searching for a Senior C++ Developer to join their firm. In this hands-on management role, the successful candidate will be leading a group of developers in a variety of areas of development including mathematical programming, parallel computing, network services and user interfaces. This person will play a proactive role in identifying, improving, developing the applications and must have expert level C++ skills on Windows and/or Linux based platforms. Experience with Python highly desired. Architecture experience is highly desired. Requirements include outstanding computer skills along with 5-10 years of relevant experience, ideally with an investment bank of hedge fund. Top-notch organization skills, communication skills and leadership skills necessary. This person must enjoy accepting challenges and persist until the goals are achieved.
