Prestigious Connecticut based multi-strategy hedge fund is searching for a Senior C++ Developer to join their firm. In this hands-on management role, the successful candidate will be leading a group of developers in a major project implementing distributive program development and parallel programs. This person will play a proactive role in identifying, improving, developing the applications and must have expert level C++ skills on Windows and Linux based platforms. Experience with Python is desired but not necessary. Architecture experience is highly desired. Requirements include outstanding computer skills along with 5-10 years of relevant experience, ideally with an investment bank of hedge fund. Experience with financial products is desired. Top-notch organization skills, communication skills and leadership skills necessary. This person must enjoy accepting challenges and persist until the goals are achieved. This person must be a self starter and be able to think outstide the box when faced with complex, technical challenges. This position comes with an outstanding compensation and benefit plan.
