We are seeking a talented individual to join the ISDA Negotiation Team at one of the nation’s most prominent financial institutions. The unit prepares and negotiates master trading agreements (International Swaps & Derivatives Association (ISDA’s) and others) and their respective schedules, annexes and exhibits. Interest rate derivative trading with middle market clients comprises the most volume.
General skills:
• Expert knowledge of ISDA Master Agreements, Schedules, Credit Support Annex, Interest Rate, Commodity, and Equity Derivative Definitions
• Precise communication and effective negotiation skills
• Enjoys working in a trading environment and in a highly dynamic team setting
