It concerns a senior sales function within ING Financial Markets. You will be part of the fast growing Derivatives & Structured Products Sales Team. This team is responsible for all derivatives transactions with clients, from plain vanillas to sophisticated exotics structures.
2. Responsibilities
Being part of a team covering Belgium, Luxembourg & Switzerland, you will be responsible of the coverage of specific clients in this region. We expect you to strengthen some existing relationships as well as to expand our client base.
3. Organisational Context
Financial Markets represents for ING and its clients a unique access to all financial markets operations. Its central role in the group has been reinforced throughout the years. The group has emphasised the synergies among the several trading places together with the strategic local contacts.
Within the ING group there is a clear trend towards integrating the various Financial Markets centres (London, Amsterdam and Brussels). In other words, the approach adopted by the various ING trading rooms is very much evolving from a regional to an international context.
4. Skills and experience
You have a Masters degree in applied economics or business administration.
You have at least 4 years of experience in a Financial Markets environment preferably in the derivatives business.
You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French & Dutch is an asset.
You have a good knowledge of the above mentioned products: plain vanillas and exotic structures.
5. Profile
You have strong commercial, influencing and negotiation skills.
You have a proven track record.
You are fascinated by financial markets. Expertise is decisive in this rapidly evolving environment. A passion for finance is necessary to have the energy to permanently inform people and learn.
