BNP Paribas Fund Services, subsidiary of BNP Paribas Securities Services - Luxembourg Branch, has an immediate opening for an experienced professional according to the following profile

Transfer Agency / Fund Administration Project Manager

Function:

• manage or participate to European Transfer Agency and/or Fund Administration projects
• analyse and review current processes in liaison with operational departments
• coordinate the contact between clients, operational departments and technical service providers
• estimate project rationales
• issue functional specifications, business requirements for multi-locations projects
• organise, perform and report the platform testing regarding providers’ deliveries
• ensure platform reliability and scalability
• organise and provide system training sessions across locations
• ensure production support in close relationship with training officers and local advisors.

Profile:

• minimum of 3 years experience in the investment fund industry (Transfer Agency and / or Fund Administration) with solid project management skills
• excellent analytical, organisational & communication skills
• fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Additional European languages would be considered as an advantage
• a good working knowledge of MultiFonds would be appreciated
