We are looking for 2 Trust Managers for an international Trust Company and a leading British Private Bank located in Geneva.

Job purpose:
Head a team of 3 persons (a Trust Officer, a Clerk and an Accountant).
Provide and supervise Trust and Corporate administration services.
Give guidance, legal and administrative assistance to clients and the team.
Develop the network of existing business introducers and trouble shooting when required.
Responsible for accounts receivable and for Compliance of all client files.

Accountabilities:
Manage a number of key client files
Work closely with the team for the initial set up of new Trusts, Foundations and Companies including opening of accounts, putting in place necessary agreements and operational charts etc.
Fully understand the client’s needs and activities and make sure that any action is consistent with the client company’s activities and purpose within the legal and economic framework for the company
Check that the team carry out instructions such as arranging transfers and other administrative tasks as requested by clients, promptly and accurately, preparing Trust and Company distributions, preparing necessary resolutions and amendments to Trust, corporate and legal documents when and where required, check and control of accounting produced by the accounting department
Maintain a liaison with clients and advisors, gathering information regarding the client’s affairs, in order to provide good services and ascertain their needs are fulfilled and structure remains adapted to their evolving needs
Obtain additional work from existing introducers
Maintain good relationship with banks/investment managers on behalf of the clients
Ensures that KYC rules are adhered to and that clients operate within the legal framework right away at the set up of a new client relationship and taking care of updating the files for all old clients, put them into conformity with new legislation
Solving payment problems where needed, negotiate fees.
Liaison with external service providers, organize fee arrangements and check their invoices
Profile required:
Legal and/or administration background
Over 4 years of practical experience in Trust Administration either in a Trust Company, a Bank, a Family Officer or a Law Firm
Perfectly fluent in English, other language is a strong asset(French, Spanish or Italian)
Previous Trust Company or Legal Practice experience with strong knowledge of International tax schedules, succession planning and corporate entities and trusts in a large number of jurisdictions
Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Ability to prioritise and organise work to meet deadlines and produce clear and concise documents and information for the teams to be used
Loyal, pro-active, outgoing and solid senior person
