Market-leading boutique with a focus on the consumer markets (products, leisure and retail), require an Associate level M&A Investment Banker to help execute their strong pipeline of deals.
Specialist corporate finance house with a track-record of delivering high-profile deals in the Consumer sector require an Associate.
Working in small deal teams with a Director/MD and an Analyst, an Associate's role will be broad and loaded with responsibility. You will be expected to manage the execution process on a day-to-day basis and will also support senior members of the team in origination.
Successful candidates will ideally be lateral hires from competing consumer teams in other investment banks/boutiques. However, candidates from other sector teams will also be considered.
Either way, you will be an experienced M&A professional with strong valuation/modelling skills and the desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment that offers early responsibility.
