• Maintain and execute all processes relating to payroll accounting
• Perform journal-processing, carry out account reconciliations and coordinate month-end and year-end reporting
• Maintain and executes various forecast and budgeting processes
• Continuously seek, identify and deploy process improvements round payroll
• Participate in ad-hoc projects in the area of financial reporting and payroll

Your profile

• Independent contractor (f/m)
• Certified accountant (f/m) with prior financial experience preferably in a large international company
• Strong knowledge in SAP and Swiss Payroll
• Action oriented, organized candidate with excellent communication skills
• Advanced MS Office applications skills, particularly Excel
• Eager to work in a dynamic and complex organization characterized by matrix relations
• Ability to work independently and accurate at any rate
• Fluency in English and German
