For various customers in the German speaking part of Switzerland we are looking for Payroll Specialist (f/m) - ad interim.
Your role
Maintain and execute all processes relating to payroll accounting
Perform journal-processing, carry out account reconciliations and coordinate month-end and year-end reporting
Maintain and executes various forecast and budgeting processes
Continuously seek, identify and deploy process improvements round payroll
Participate in ad-hoc projects in the area of financial reporting and payroll
Your profile
Independent contractor (f/m)
Certified accountant (f/m) with prior financial experience preferably in a large international company
Strong knowledge in SAP and Swiss Payroll
Action oriented, organized candidate with excellent communication skills
Advanced MS Office applications skills, particularly Excel
Eager to work in a dynamic and complex organization characterized by matrix relations
Ability to work independently and accurate at any rate
Fluency in English and German
