COMPANY PROFILE: One of the world’s leading financial services firms has an opportunity for a Senior Transfer Agency to join their Dublin Operation.

TITLE: SENIOR TRANSFER AGENCY

JOB DESCRIPTION: The primary responsibility are of quality customer service and communication, maintenance of shareholder register, reconciliation, co-ordinate & assist daily activities. You will be involved in handling complex calls and queries and quality control of transactions and correspondence responses. You will also assist in the delivery of training for new staff members.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
You must have at least 2 years experience within a similar environment.
You must possess a detailed understanding of procedural, technical and product requirements within Transfer Agency.
Ideally you will have a strong customer service focus. A third level degree in Finance is also essential.

SALARY: €33,000 - €38,000
