Our client, a large U.S.-based alternative investment management firm, is seeking candidates for its private equity strategy in India. There are openings at all levels and candidates with 3-10+ years of experience will be considered. Candidates may be currently working in India or may be private equity professionals interested in returning to India.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Outstanding academic profile; top grades from top schools
- 3 to 10+ years' total work experience consisting of:
- 1-3 years of investment banking experience followed by:
- PE experience with a top firm
- Consulting experience will be consider if it is transaction-oriented
- M&A and/or leveraged finance experience is a plus
- A network of Indian contacts is preferred
- Sourcing skills
- Personable with a high level of maturity and superior communications skills
