Our client, a international financial institution is looking for an Assistant Manager - Fund Set Up Department (ref 0804-23JM)

you will be responsible for :

• the accuracy of the legal documentation of all funds and companies
• all actions from initiation to liquidation of new funds and companies
• up dating procedures
• communicating with the internal departments of the company and with external parties
• managing a team of 6-7 staff members (coaching, training, appraisals....)
   

Your profile:

• Bac +3 minimum in a legal or finance related subject
• 2 to 3 years fund business implementation experience
• knowledge of plain and alternative fund structures
• first successful people management experience
• fluent written and spoken English
