PRODUCT MANAGER - GLOBAL PRODUCT TEAM FUND ADMINISTRATION & MIDDLE OFFICE OUTSOURCING

Mission

Product Analysis & Development

• contribute to review of target global service and operating model
• act as sponsor in development of new products or enhancement to existing products:
• drafting Product Level Descriptions and overseeing the product approval process
• ensuring close liaison with operational and IT teams
• tracking associated budget
• ensuring progress is properly communicated to senior management

• contribute to monitoring of product profitability
• contribute to defining / updating pricing models
• contribute to the annual budget process and P&L follow-up

• participate as product team member in RFP Deal Teams through participation in RFP
• responses and associated workshops

• maintain close links with local product teams and ensure product offerings in different locations are consistent
• research and maintain information for inclusion in the quarterly product newsletter, including project status, market events, regulatory changes, etc.
• research competitor product offerings and produce relevant benchmarking and gap reports
• contribute to packaging and marketing of products, including preparation of product documentation
• promote BPFS/BP2S product through participation and attendance in industry forums and conferences and through membership of relevant industry bodies

Profile

• at least five years working in a relevant area (probably fund administration, fund services engineering, or IT)
• good in depth knowledge of at least one relevant activity
• experience of working on projects and of engaging with clients
• ability to quickly understand and absorb technical aspects of the product offering and reach an appropriate level of expertise
• ability to work on own initiative and overcome challenges
• good organisational skills - able to manage several projects / tasks in parallel according to priorities
• good spoken English and French
• good communication and presentation skills
• ability to work in a team environment
• willingness to travel
