This leading UK based Hedge Fund has focused upon strong and stable growth that has now created the need for a unique and well qualified Junior Quantitative Analyst. The candidate’s core skill set will focus around existing modelling knowledge and excellent supporting technical skills in C#, Java OR C++. From an early stage these skills will enable the candidate to contribute to the research and development of quantitative strategies focused around algorithmic short term trading opportunities. The fund has a strong proven background within the Rates and Equities sector and future growth is focused upon growing the high frequency trading platform. Excellent academic background, MSc preferred in a numerical subject such as Mathematics, Physics or Engineering from a top-tier university, however a similar PhD would be a bonus.
C++, C# or Java programming skills with supporting software knowledge
