Our client is a newly founded Automated Trading Firm (as part of a larger Financial Firm). They are profitable, and have plenty of cash in the bank. They are seeking a Rock Star programmer to become employee #4. Their core application receives data from financial markets, performs real-time data analysis, and places buy and sell orders. The incoming data flow is impressive,>1B messages per day. You will help them connect to additional markets, build off-line analysis tools, and improve the core application. Required skills: C++, UNIX, high speed trading experience, multi-threading. Background in Algorithmic Trading or Program Trading a huge plus.
