• The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
• Liaise with the accounting firms and auditors.
• Assist the European Financial team with the budgeting process.
• Participate to the quarterly reporting process to the Company’s investors.
• Follow-up on the cash management process.
• Support the European Financial team on recurrent accounting/financial topics.
• Liaise with lawyers for the incorporation of companies, corporate changes, and board minutes.
• Ensure company filings and investment records are complete.
• Ensure a reliable flow of documents across Europe.
• Provide the team, and third parties, with financial, corporate, structure and legal information.

THE PROFILE

• Degree in Business Administration or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or in audit or in accounting.
• Fluent in English and German or Italian.
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility and team spirit.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and confidential issues.
