Our client a Private Equity firm, is currently looking to recruit a FINANCIAL CONTROLLER for their Luxembourg office within the real estate team.

THE ROLE
- The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Liaise with the accounting firms and auditors.
- Assist the European Financial team with the budgeting process.
- Participate to the quarterly reporting process to the Company’s investors.
- Follow-up on the cash management process.
- Support the European Financial team on recurrent accounting/financial topics.
- Liaise with lawyers for the incorporation of companies, corporate changes, and board minutes.
- Ensure company filings and investment records are complete.
- Ensure a reliable flow of documents across Europe.
- Provide the team, and third parties, with financial, corporate, structure and legal information.
THE PROFILE
- Degree in Business Administration or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or in audit or in accounting.
- Fluent in English and German or Italian.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility and team spirit.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and confidential issues.
