The job is a Senior Manger Level position in a dynamic Singappore GLC. The right candidate will take the lead in managing a broad range of treasury functions.
Responsibilities for this Group Level position include cash management, handling day-to-day treasury operations, managing bank relations, handling foreign exchange transactions, monitoring foreign exchange and interest rate movement.
He or she is expected to handle internal financing as well as external loan documentation and execution. In addition, the candidate will track fund requirements, prepare cashflow forecasts and budgets as well as assist in ad hoc financing projects.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Finance / Accountancy / Business or its equivalent with at least 5 years’ relevant treasury / corporate finance experience within a bank / corporate organisations including shipping, utilities or real estate. He or she should be familiar with money market, loan/debt management and ISDA documentation. Prior experience in financing projects and hedging instruments / transactions would be preferred. Other key attributes include strong analytical and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
The job is based in Singapore. Some travelling is anticipated.
