Description: Moody's Analytics' Credit Risk Specialist team (CRS) is an essential and critical part of our Sales organization. CRS is responsible for partnering with Sales teams to provide in-depth market and product expertise for all Moody's Analytics solutions to prospects and existing clients. Members of CRS are expected to have a breadth of expertise in credit risk related matters that impact our clients within the commercial banking, insurance, buy/sell side and corporate segments. A key objective of CRS is to team with the Sales group to be the “credit and product specialists” in order to support and facilitate more efficient and effective sales cycles and to increase client satisfaction. Our CRS team will work closely with members of Moody's Analytics' Credit Strategies Group to provide leading-edge institutions with thought leadership, serve as central information funnels between clients and Product Management, Professional Services, Research and Marketing to help ensure their needs are communicated effectively internally. CRS will also facilitate communication around new product features and new research back to the Sales organization. - Support the pre and post sales efforts for Americas Sales clients and prospects. - Assist our clients in the use of our company's credit risk management software and analytics. In doing so, will conduct in-depth research, collect and analyze data, monitor economic trends, and develop forecasts. - Manage existing accounts by responding to requests for assistance by financial services clients in regard to the use of our financial products and services in the assessment of complex economic data, market data, and statistical data on business operations and financial standing. - Participate in product demonstrations, answer product and model questions and conduct client training.
