The Deloitte Consumer, Commerce and Industry (CCI) Group is one of 4 Industry Verticals around which the Deloitte Consulting practice is structured. The Consumer Commerce and Industry Group provides advisory services to FTSE 100 companies in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, Business Services and Health Sciences sectors. We are looking for consultants with the desire to develop broad functional and technical knowledge within their chosen field with the ability to lead and work effectively in teams, have business insight and acumen, excellent communication skill both written and verbal and a professional attitude. You will also be self motivated and ambitious with the ability to motivate others as well as handle and solve complex problems.
We ideally look for experience in Consulting, ideally gained in 'Big 4' or niche Boutique and experience of operating within Consumer Commerce and Industry with exposure to large scale project environments.

- Our Human Capital groups are made up of People & Change, covering Strategic Change, HR Transformation and Organisation Design projects within large Financial Services and Banks in order to identifying, managing and solving the people issues that cause businesses to perform below their potential. Within our Total Rewards and Benefits group we cover Pensions Actuarial, Employment Benefits and Investment Advisory across the UK and Europe. Actuarial and Insurance Solutions currently look for part qualified and qualified candidates within Life, Non Life and General Insurance advising to clients on an international basis.
Operations -
Offerings across Finance Transformation, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence and Programme Leadership, our Operations groups help CFO's increase operational efficiency, supporting the CRO in defining a new risk architecture, transforming supply chains and delivering major transformational change programmes. Working on an international basis, some of the projects that our consultants work across cover Global Banking and Capital Markets.
Strategy -
Working side by side with our clients' top management to help them clarify their corporate vision and to see this through to reality. Deloitte's Strategy group align themselves via a number of industries, with Financial Services and M&A being key area.
Technology -
Across Enterprise Applications and Technology Integration we assist our financial services clients to make the most effective use of IT. Our technology team has skills in IT strategy, technology, governance and operations and support the CIO and helping implement major technology change programmes. With Information Management, Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, Infrastructure and Governance and Development and Delivery our Technology groups have a strong FS alignment assisting large banking and financial services clients to deliver on a global scale. To qualify for a role in our Consulting Consumer Commerce and Industry practice, you must be able to demonstrate:
Relevant experience in one-or-more of the following industry sectors: Grocery & Convenience, Clothing & Footwear, Food & Beverages, Household & Personal Care, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Diversified Industrial, Process Manufacturing, Chemicals , Metals and Packaging.
A consistently excellent track record in one of the above mentioned Consulting Service Areas.
A graduate degree or equivalent experience
Full travel mobility.
A track record of managing and delivering large/complex projects and teams.
The proven ability to generate sales and develop business through leading bids, proposals and client negotiations.
Strong commercial awareness.
