Responsibilities:
Lead and/or execute M&A transactions, including providing structuring, pricing and negotiation advice to international and local clients
Origination, marketing and execution of corporate finance engagements incluidng fund raising, IPO, M&A and buyout transactions
Preperation and review of marketing presentations
Project management incluidng the drafting and appraisal of information memorandum, business plans and financial models
Coordination of due dilligence activities and the review of transaction documentation
Experience:
Excellent academic background preferably with a professional qualification in accounting/ CFA/Hong Kong Securities Institute
Minimum of 5 years' corporate finance experience acquired with prestigious banks, professional firms and corporations
Experience in handling public company engagements is an advantage
Solid valuation skills and experience
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)
Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
