A superb opportunity has arisen to join a high profile investment management company to head up the Investment Administration Group as they are currently experiencing a strong period of expansion. The role is based in Norway but will also involve some travel (if desired) to London and New York.

The primary responsibilities include outsourced service provider relationship management, ensuring provider deliveries are in line with best market practice and directing the management of trade operations and transitions. Key objectives include ensuring that processes for reconciliations, tax and claims management and corporate actions are enhanced and aligned to support the business model, as well as generating and implementing a system to maintain market entry documentation.

Due to the visibility and profile of the role it is essential that you have previous experience within operations management and administrational roles as well as managing external relationships with clients. You must have an understanding of investment operations, as well as an understanding of the importance of delivery and service to clients. The role also requires someone from a strong operations background, able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills that can handle and take on projects - owning them, from start to finish.
