The role holder specializes in sale of specific asset, liability or fee-based products (high volume, varied complexity) across customer segments.

Client / Business Acquisition (Required)

Source for new leads. Convert in-bound and outbound leads to sales. Acquire new to bank and new to product customers using a needs based selling approach.

Client / Business Acquisition (Excellence)

Consistent conversion of in-bound and outbound leads into sales. Establish a loyal pool of customers / alliances who refer potential customers. Provide feedback to product specialist.

Control and Risk Mitigation (Required)

Adhere to laid out processes and procedures while completing transactions. Ensure appropriate and adequate documentation is in place for process actions.

Control and Risk Mitigation (Excellence)

Identify trends in errors and omissions resulting from routine transactions and proactively mitigate / change processes.

Generating Referrals (Required)

Make referrals to other channels based on identified customer needs.

Referrals to other channels have high probability of closure.
