My client is a private equity firm which makes investments in buyouts, recapitalizations and financial restructurings in Asia. They focus exclusively on enterprises based in Asia, particularly South and Southeast Asia
They are expanding rapidly and are currently looking for an Investment Analyst and Investment Director.
The ideal candidate for Investment Analsyt should have :
Degree in Accountancy or Finance with excellent academic results
At least 2 years investment analyst experience with an international firm
Strong analytical skills, the ability to design and construct complex financial models
A proven track record in contributing and achieving objectives in a team-oriented environment are essential
Integrity, commitment, initiative
For the position of the Investment Director the candidate should have:
More than 10 years experience of which at least 4 years were in private equity, investment banking (corporate finance, M&A or equities research) or top-level management consulting
Having an MBA or further qualifications would give you an advantage
Should be able to originate deals
Should have exposure to India markets and should be willing to be stationed in India
