Our clients exposure to the credit market has been substantially less than some of their competitors and they are looking to capitalise on this and build on their already successful team for 2009. Ideally we are looking to hire from Associate to Senior VP level. They have a basic regional split on the desk but there is a great deal of cross over, therfore people selling to Pan-European clients as well as country specific will be interesting.
