Executive Director in the Structured Finance team of a leading European investment bank– Based in HK or Singapore
Our client is looking for a Director / Executive Director to join their Structured Finance team, with responsibility for the origination, structuring and execution of structured and often high yield financing.

Job Function
Candidate to be the senior team member covering Indian and Australian markets for high yield and hybrid financing deals.
This person will be responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of structured and often high yield financing.
He/she must have extensive knowledge of the DCM and ECM markets as well as a good grasp of derivative concepts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and running the bank’s high yield financing business in Australia and India.
Requirements:
A senior banker with at least 10 years’ experience in structured and/or high yield finance
Strong relationships with companies in India
Able to originate structure and execute high yield deals
