To be of the technical right fit, you must have at least 5 years experience developing Web applications using ASP / ASP.net and whereby your work were Windows based. Good understanding of the intricacies Oracle is a MUST and competency in SQL Server is important too. Specifically COM/DCOM programming experience will also put you in a strong position as a potential candidate. Ideally you would have experience working at the front office.
