Responsibilities:
Key Participant in making key decisions relating to IPOs.
Responsible for executing deals, preparing prospectus, underwriting agreements and other documents in English and Chinese, and negotiate commercial terms and disclosure details.
Identify key risks in transactions and implement measures to address the risks.
Coordinate due diligence processes and respond to regulators’ request and queries.
Presentation to prospective clients on corporate finance products.
Requirements:
5 – 8 years corporate finance experience in sizeable investment / global banks.
Qualified or will qualify as an RO for corporate finance activities.
Have played a substantial role in supervising at least 2 completed HK IPOs since 2002 as the sponsor.
A good team player, good presentation and communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
