Responsibilities:

• Key Participant in making key decisions relating to IPOs.
• Responsible for executing deals, preparing prospectus, underwriting agreements and other documents in English and Chinese, and negotiate commercial terms and disclosure details.
• Identify key risks in transactions and implement measures to address the risks.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and respond to regulators’ request and queries.
• Presentation to prospective clients on corporate finance products.

Requirements:

• 5 – 8 years corporate finance experience in sizeable investment / global banks.
• Qualified or will qualify as an RO for corporate finance activities.
• Have played a substantial role in supervising at least 2 completed HK IPOs since 2002 as the sponsor.
• A good team player, good presentation and communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
