Our client is a leading player in the leveraged/acquisition finance and private equity sectors in the MENA and CIS geographies and now seeks a seasoned market professional to extend the firm's reach in these markets.
You will work closely with the firm's Private Equity(PE) team ensuring that transactions adhere to the firm's investment and risk criteria.
You will be intimately involved in overseeing all aspects of negotiating, structuring and executing a broad spectrum of leveraged, acquisition and private equity transactions.
You will be a work closely with the CFO and other department heads to monitor and optimise the the firm's investments and funds.
You will be a member of the Risk and Investment Committees.
You will be expected to seek alternative investment opportunities for the firm as an integral part of evolving the business.
You will also have secondary responsibilities overseeing the firm's funding and rating needs.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 15 years working in the leveraged, acquisition or private equity market.
Preferably an ACA, CFA or MBA or at the very least you will hold a good degree in a numerate discipline.
Arabic or French language skills are advantageous but not essential.
Previous exposure of transacting in the region is useful but not a prerequisite.
