This is a contract position for a Communications Specialist to report to the Investor Relations and Communications Manager; this broad internal and external role will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting with the development and production of Investor packs
• Assist with the overall coordination, design, editing & production of the annual report
• Plan, project manage and execute the of internal & external events for the results presentations, including the road shows
• Respond to all media enquiries
• Assist with the preparation of presentations to investors & analysts
• Distribute all ASX releases
• Manage all the web communications, internal communications and external providers.

To be successful, it is envisaged that you have a proven track record in developing and implementing communication pieces that deliver the appropriate message to the target audience within a financial institution. Outstanding interpersonal skills and communications skills, initiative and high levels of energy will be critical to your success. As a self starter you will enjoy working independently and thrive in a professional and committed environment.
