Transfer Agency Manager - Registration (ref 0806-48LT)

Your responsibilities will include :

• management of the team (training, performance reviews, expenses...)
• acting as escalation point for assigned client relations
• participating in the take on process for new clients, distributors and shareholders
• ensuring adherence to AML/KYC policy
• reviewing policies and procedure guidelines
• assisting in the automation and standardisation of existing processes
   

Your profile:

• finance related degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 to 5 years Transfer Agency experience in an international environment
• strong shareholder administration and AML / KYC knowledge
• 1 to 2 years people management experience
• fluent written and spoken English
