Lehman Brothers takes an integrated approach to client coverage, organizing bankers into industry, product and geographic groups. This structure provides clients with bankers who have industry- and geography-specific expertise across all investment banking products. The Firm's bankers work with product specialists in M&A and Capital Markets to help clients meet their strategic and financial objectives. Working in the Investment Banking Division as a Analyst on a broad variety of advisory projects including mergers & acquisitions, recapitalization transactions, debt refinancing and equity transactions.

Principal Duties

• Participation as full member of teams engaged in projects such as company valuation, strategic advice, execution of transactions (mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings) and new business origination.
• Specific responsibilities include financial analysis/modeling, industry research, co-ordination of internal and external processes related to a financing or sale, and assistance in the preparation of offering memoranda, proposals, and other written materials.
• Expected to form effective working relationships and to demonstrate a commitment to the Firm’s goals and values.

Position Requirements

• Strong academic background from internationally recognized university
• Chartered Accountancy Qualification
• Excellent business English a necessity
