The Role

Successful candidates will provide outstanding account management for existing customers and will project manage system implementation for our new accounts. You will have daily interaction with clients, supporting our global users and travel will be required. This role coordinates with multiple internal areas, in order to ensure a seamless level of outstanding customer service, so good communication skills are required.

Qualifications:

• Background in either Equity or Fixed Income market experience is preferable
• Previous knowledge of OMS or Electronic Trading Systems will be an added advantage
• A self-starter, proactive team player and can confidently multi-task
