KPMG is rapidly expanding its HR Advisory & Executive Search & Selection practices in Qatar and Bahrain and seeks suitable professionals interested in being a part of this growth story.

The ideal candidate should relish challenges and should be willing to take independent initiatives in developing the HR Consulting practice in Qatar and Bahrain and elsewhere in the Middle East, if required.

Basic requirements:

  • MBA, preferably specialized in HR
  • 2 - 8 years of relevant work experience and proven track record with reputed organizations (consulting background, though an advantage, will not be a constraint)
  • Strong concepts and documentation skills in one or more of the following areas: compensation & rewards; training/competency development/career & succession planning; organization and jobs design including job evaluation; performance management etc.
  • Financial Services, Infrastructure/Construction, Oil & Gas industry exposure will be an advantage
