We require an Associate Manager, based in our London office, to maintain the client relationship with OTC teams consisting of trade entry, settlements, collateral, reconciliations and documentations.

We require an Associate Manager, based in our London office, to maintain the client relationship with OTC teams consisting of trade entry, settlements, collateral, reconciliations and documentations.
Job responsibilities:
· To act as the day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring there is good dialogue between the client and the relevant GlobeOp departments. Maintain an issues list and work with clients to improve processes · Monitor and supervise the daily and monthly activities of the UK Trade Support team · Work with relevant GlobeOp teams in Mumbai to carry out the following daily functions - liaise with the trade booking team to resolve issues with the client - monitor accuracy of trade settlements and resolve issues with the client - check reconciliations and resolves issues with the client - work with the collateral team on margin calls and resolve issues with the client - assist documentation team and resolves issues with the client - work with the Central Pricing Group to understand client requirements and provide valuations · Review month end OTC trade and position reconciliations to determine the existence of all transactions to be included in the monthly NAV numbers · Work with the Pricing teams to review monthly OTC valuation reconciliations to determine fair value of OTC portfolio for inclusion in published NAV · Liaise with clients and GlobeOp teams to improve on efficiencies · Work with counterparts to maintain and build new relationships · Help collate and produce management information statistics
Skills and experience required:
· Good technical knowledge across the spectrum of OTC products · Good understanding of the process flows of OTC transactions · 5 years experience in an OTC back/middle office role
