Global Foreign Real Estate Investment Firm Looking for a Financial Reporting Manager
Preparing monthly management report and other ad hoc reports requested by management and third parties
Work closely with respective entity's Finance and Other managers to obtain financial and non-financial information to be incorporated into the report
Preparing and updating our annual and monthly budgeting process globally working closely with senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and/or Computer Science
5-10 years of internal or external audit experience (experience with an asset management company, investment bank or financial service provider is preferred)
CA, CPA, CIA, CISA or related certification is preferred
Demonstrated strong proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skill-set
Demonstrated unquestionable integrity, objectivity and independence
Demonstrated business judgment, team player that is flexible and able to get things done through others, communication skills, ability to interact with senior management and clients, conflict management experience and composure, initiative and follow-up, problem-solving skills, hands-on attitude and project management and multitasking ability
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage and develop staff to enable them to perform with optimal effectiveness and efficiency
