Our client, a respected investment house is recruiting a Fund Administrator for their London office to play an integral role in the team and the company’s growth.
The company has created a new fund which specialises in investments in environmental technology companies and plans to raise further funds in the medium term.
Candidates who are able to demonstrate previous administrative experience in Private Equity or Venture Capital ideally with Company Secretarial or compliance experience and some accounts experience, are invited to apply.
The role will include organising investor events, managing deal flow enquiries, compiling quarterly reports, fund account co-ordination, attending Investment Committee meetings and producing minutes, amongst other tasks.
Candidates will be highly self-motivated & numerate; bookkeeping skills are an advantage. The role also requires the individual to be a strong communicator possessing previous experience liaising with company investors and investee companies.
