Managing Consultant Roles within Financial Services, with one or more of the following focus: General Insurance, Life & Pensions or Retail Banking
Our client is a leading consultancy firm operating global markets. They are looking to grow their Financial Services practice, to work with their established client base.
They are seeking to hire Managing Consultants, who have experience of working for a consultancy firm, ideally having a Consulting and Industry background, with specific knowledge of General Insurance, Life and Pensions, or Retail Banking
It is important you have recent experience of
Change Management
Re-engineering Initiatives
Define and implement target operating models
Develop and deliver new product strategies
You will have a thorough understanding of the trends, products, processes, systems and players in General Insurance, Life and Pensions and/or Retail Banking. You should be aware of current issues facing the UK Banking and Insurance sectors including operational improvement, business retention, product innovation and the impact of regulation and compliance.
