KPMG Restructuring Services team offers a range of services and provides solutions to companies, their stakeholders and individuals in financial distress. You will be involved in a diverse and interesting range of assignments from assisting in the work-out of China's non-performing loan market to reporting on the financial condition of distressed companies; promoting restructuring solutions and managing the assets and estates of both corporates and individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Responsbile for the day to day operations of engagement
• Ensuring the compliance of internal and statutory requirements when carrying out assignments
• Providing guidance/coaching to juniors
• Identifying and pursuing business opportunities
• Reporting to the engagement partners/ managers on a regular basis 

Experience:

• A degree holder with a professional qualification in Accounting
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a professonal firm
• Relevant corporate recovery and restructuring experience would be an advantage
• A self-motivated team player with strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese is essential
