Our Performance Improvement Consulting practice is focussed on working in partnership with clients to deliver real business change across Finance, Technology, Operations, People, Strategy & PolicyThe roleWithin our Financial Services Operational Effectiveness group we are recruiting within the Investment Management and Insurance sectors. We are looking for high calibre industry focussed consultants, ideally from a consultancy background if possible.Your primary focus will be to lead and manage the delivery of performance improvement engagements, from business case to implementation, covering:
Strategic and tactical cost reduction
Outsourcing and off shoring
Process review and design and
Systems selection and implementation.
You will be comfortable reporting directly to senior PwC staff, managing a small delivery team, liaising with PwC colleagues across different disciplines and crucially you will be comfortable working directly with senior client operational management. You will also support broader business development and market based initiatives, using your knowledge and experience to develop and enhance client propositions.
Requirements We are looking for candidates with experience of the following :
Middle Office Operations - Security processing, dealing/managing custodians, position management data management - Pricing, Indices Performance Management Controls - Reconciliations, confirmation matching
Derivatives - Knowledge of different types Support and processing required
