Our client is a leading international bank offering corporate and investment banking products and services, including financial advisory, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, equities, transaction banking and private equity. UK Resourcing is at the centre of recruitment activity for our client in the UK and a team of HRM recruitment specialists is dedicated to finding the very best person for each role.
The Account Director will make a tactical, proactive and strategic business contribution and be an integral business team member, working in partnership with both HRM and the Clients’ Senior Management Teams to develop a highly focused business with increased sales and operational effectiveness. You will be responsible for the full end to end resourcing function for our client including temp, contract, perm, business consultancy and direct recruitment.
You will have proven experience operating at a senior level, managing budgets and a track record of increasing revenue. You will also be able to demonstrate prior experience of contractual negotiations, solutions design and delivery and leading multiple and multi-site teams. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to lead, manage and motivate a team of experienced recruiters. This is a ‘hands on’ role so we’re looking for someone with strong team management experience and outstanding client facing skills. You must also have experience with recruitment services or other business services as well as experience within an ‘outsourcing’ environment.
