Job Description:
The Legal counsel will act as the legal expert for the company and for its European subsidiaries. He will be in charge of the following tasks:
Overview and drafting of contracts;
Drafting of correspondence of legal nature;
Research in legal matters on specific legal questions ;
Negotiation of contracts;
Your Profile
Law Degree;
5 years experience either in a commercial company or in an industry as a legal counsel;
Experience in contract law;
Fluency in English and French; German is an asset;
Good writing and communication skills;
Flexibility as travel will be required.
