Our client is dynamic and evolving group in the real estate industry, and has presence in the Asia Pacific region. Taking advantage of the current ecomonic climate, it is now an opportune time for it to focus on mergers and acquisitions in the region, in line with its long term expansion plans.
This is a newly created role with a reporting line to the Group CFO, and access to the CEO. You will champion the group’s corporate growth objectives through mergers and acquisitions. Your mandate will encompass the full spectrum of the M&A cycle, from due dilligence to deal completion.
You should have a degree from a top tier university, with several years relevant experience; ideally some of this would have been gained in the real estate industry in the Asia Pacific region. You are business savvy, adaptable, and have excellent negotiation skills.
