Private Equity Manager required for developing business unit in Dublin City Centre
The Challenge
Managerial position is within the Private Equity Fund Services Business, this is a client facing role exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for maintaining and developing key client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Maintain primary day to day contact relationship with client for all administrative and accounting matters.
Maintain working relationship with client contacts, including investment professional, investors, auditors, lawyers and banking personnel.
Review quarterly and annual financial work papers including portfolio schedules, accruals and partner capital allocations.
Review and/or preparation of management fees, incentive fee and waterfall calculations.
The Candidate
The suitable candidate will professional qualified, ACA/ ACCA with two years PQE experience working with private equity funds is desirable but not essential.
