As a critical member of the Finance Team, you will be responsible for matters related to the co-invest funds investing alongside the private equity and debt-related funds.

Specifically, responsibilities would include:

• Prepare and coordinate capital calls, distributions, and detailed investor reports

• Accounting, financial reporting, tax preparation, and compliance for the co-invest funds

• Account for daily activity in Venture Complete, the portfolio accounting system

• Cash monitoring and reconciliation with bank

• Maintain loan schedules related to co-invest funds (including interest accruals, loan repayments)

• Prepare legal documentation for new commitments to co-invest funds SKILLS

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast paced and complex environment

• Professional individual with solid communication skills and energetic attitude

• Ability to prioritize several tasks at one time and meet tight deadlines

• Ability to interact with Senior Management

• Expert knowledge of Excel, Word, etc. EDUCATION and/or RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• 1 - 4 years experience in the financial services industry with a solid understanding of partnerships and investments

• Strong GAAP financial reporting experience a plus

• Excellent verbal and writing skills

• Bachelors in Accounting, CPA or MBA a plus NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RELOCATION REIMBURSEMENT
