Global Investment bank seeking a proven product controller for a newly created post within a going division of this client.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a European International prestigious bank and they require a candidate that is ACA / ACCA / CIMA, or equivalent professionally qualified with 3years+ experience as a product controller in a line P&L capacity.
A successful candidate must have wide product knowledge, Interest Rate Derivatives would be an advantage however not necessary, and come from the financial services community.
Part of the duties would include: •Preparation of the daily Profit and Loss Reports, including reconciliation, analytical review and provision of commentary to senior management •Production and review of the Month End file including P&L reconciliation, reserve analysis, Balance Sheet substantiation, analytical review and provision of commentary •Close liaison with the trading floor to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of trader queries / provision of other business support.
