This diverse role will be instrumental in providing key support to strategic decisions, manage ad hoc special projects and lead a large accounting team of professionals.
Your Specific duties will include:
• Development of the corporate finance strategy to maximise shareholder value
• Cash flow management; provision of advice on finance negotiations, investment of funds and taxation policy
• Tender preparation and bid / pricing modelling; project management; financial and management reporting as well as leadership of finance team.
