A leading UK Bank is seeking an In-House Legal Counsel. You will work closely with the Front Office to provide cross-border legal risk management. What is particularly interesting is the coverage of a wide variety of products generated within Asia Pacific (ex Japan).
Responsibilities include reviewing and drafting of ISDA documentation and loan agreements. To be considered, you must be a qualified solicitor and possess at least 2 years PQE. Knowledge of financial products such as derivatives and experience in debt capital markets, loan markets would be beneficial though not essential.
