THE ROLE
As a Custody Senior Client representative you will perform the following tasks:
- Responding to sometimes complex client inquiries .
- Improving workflow methods to improve quality of client standards of service.
- Acting as a knowledge resource to less experienced co-workers.
- Training of new staff.
- Associated project work (audit, client service).
- Trade settlement analysis.
- Reconciliation on cash and securities positions.
THE PROFILE
- You have 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have a university degree .
- You have experience with emerging markets.
- You have an analytical mindset.
- You are fluent in German and English mandatory.
- You are dedicated to clients .
- You are proactive.
- You have a contagious positive attitude towards your co-workers.
- Pressure doesn’t affect your daily productivity.
