A Global Private Equity firm based in the West End is looking to hire an Interim HR Manager to cover a maternity leave.

A Global Private Equity firm based in the West End is looking to hire an Interim HR Manager to cover a maternity leave. You need experience of working in the Financial Services and will have worked in a medium global organisation at HR Manager level.

You will be the key component to HR for the company and will be required to mentor an HR Assistant. This is a very operational HR role where you will be expected to hit the ground running and quickly understand your client groups' needs. You will be sitting with the business providing managers with advice on HR policies and procedures, running the appraisal process and compensations and benefit reviews at year end. You will also be managing the administrators within the business. This company sits under a US umbrella company, you will be regularly liaising with their HR team on various HR matters. Aside from the business as usual duties in the UK, this company is also planning to expand their Hong Kong office. You will need to assist with the hiring program and ensure that all the HR policies and procedures, and health and safety policies are in place.

Our client is looking for you to have experience of working with, or within, a small to medium size US financial services organisation.
