YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: You will develop a solid background in a four-and-a-half-year study programme with integrated client- and practice-oriented training and qualification as an insurance/finance professional specialising in insurance. This prepares you for exciting and widely varied activities in Munich Re’s core business. Through your training periods in different divisions and the advanced training options available to you, you systematically build up your social and methodological skills and develop a network in the company.

YOUR PROFILE: You have completed your secondary education with strong qualifications, have a very good grasp of mathematics and an interest in international, economic, commercial and legal correlations. You are open to other cultures, have a good command of English and are fluent in business-level German. This is complemented by your communication skills and a talent for foreign languages. In your work, you demonstrate independence, commitment, initiative, team spirit and a confident, affable manner.
