Financial ControllerWe have been asked on an exclusive basis to find a Financial Controller for this major Financial Institution. The role will report directly to the Managing Director and will form part of the management team. This will involve assuming responsibility for developing and maintaining accurate accounting records to agreed standards, ensuring compliance with industry, regulatory and Group standards and responsibility for integrity of financial records including management accounts. In addition you will also have responsibility for the management of the Operational Risk function.Applications are invited from qualified accountants with relevant experience. Candidates that demonstrate previous experience within banking that includes building such a function will have an added advantage. Good management skills are also essential as this role will extend to building and mentoring a team of professionals.
